Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this program and the limited availability of spaces, all payments are non-refundable. Once you register, your payment secures your seat in the container and cannot be cancelled, paused, or refunded for any reason at any time.

Payment Plans

If you have chosen a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full.

• Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access to the program and community until payments are brought current.

• If payments are not completed, you remain legally responsible for the entire program balance.

Program Commitment

Chargebacks & Disputes

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason. Any attempt to dispute payments already made will be considered a violation of this agreement, and Caroline Ackroyd & Company reserves the right to seek collection for unpaid balances.
